A GUEST AT THE SCHEMPP
NICE TO MEET YOU: TANITA, KONSTANTIN, SISSI, BERNHARD, …
There has been a very successful cooperation between the Kurhaus and Park Theatre Göggingen and the Hotel Schempp for many years. It is therefore a pleasure for us to welcome well-known personalities from the worlds of art and culture to our hotel time and again.
The 1st FC Augsburg has also been a guest at the Hotel Schempp for a long time. As the official team hotel, we are delighted that the players are so satisfied with the hotel’s facilities and service that they prefer to stay outside Augsburg rather than in the city centre. New players who have not yet found a flat or house in Augsburg also stay with us during the start-up phase.

Not only the players, but also all the coaches have stayed at the hotel. From Markus Weinzierl, Manuel Baum, Dirk Schuster and Martin Schmidt to the current coach Heiko Herrlich, they have all felt very much at home here.
In addition to illustrious guests from the world of sport, we also regularly host international artists and well-known actors at Hotel Schempp. In the last three years, these have included singer Tanita Tikaram, singer-songwriter Konstantin Wecker, Sissi Perlinger, Lisa Fitz, Berhard Hoecker, Bernd Stelter and Reinhold Beckmann & Band. They all enjoyed the discreet hospitality and tranquillity of the hotel. Fortunately, despite corona, the event scene is on the rise again. The British singer Kate Bush, known from the 80s, will soon be our guest. She became world-famous with hits such as ‘Babooshka’ and ‘Running up that Hill’. We are very much looking forward to this and to all those who are still to come - whether famous or not.
